Regular QA inspections are carried out by both the QA Department and by each operator on the shop floor. Inspections take place at every stage of the production process and are recorded. We set standards far exceeding our customers’ expectations. Our modern plant consists of CNC wire cutting and straightening equipment, CNC controlled wire bending, robotic mig welding and even an in-house polyethylene coating plant. Annually we consume well over 1000 tonnes of wire and tube.
Another specialty is our ability to produce stainless steel products of very high quality. The growth of stainless wire and tube fabrication work has been an area of huge success for the company. We maintain a very close liaison with our sub contractors to enable us to offer a complete range of finishes including electro- polishing, electro-galvanising, hot dip galvanising, powder coating and chrome plating. We take ownership of the product we supply, guaranteeing customer satisfaction by dispatching only product which meets our highest standards.
